SAP SF Onboarding (ONB) Analyst

The rol ?is a hybrid position. In person meetings can be attended in one of the following Mexico locations: Guadalajara, Monterrey, CDMX, Querétaro, or Aguascalientes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration and customization of Onboarding (2.0) to meet client needs, including setting up ONB tasks, workflows and templates
• Provide support to the client's staff like HR personnel and hiring managers on system usage and functionality
• Assist in the integration of Onboarding (2.0) with other SSFF modules
• Understand and manage business rules to automate onboarding tasks
• Manage the creation of templates and configuration for emails and notifications triggered during the different stages of the onboarding process
• Act as a first point of contact for the client, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Develop documents such as KBAs to document the different processes and troubleshooting steps to serve as a reference for team members

Technical Skills:

• At least 1 year of proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0)
• Working experience in global projects and multi-countries scopes. US processes are preferred.
• Nice to have - Valid & Proven (by Credly) Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) & SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Process Knowledge of talent SAP modules: SF Recruiting Management (Recruiter Experience), SF Recruiting Marketing (Candidate Experience), SF Onboarding 1.0, SF Onboarding (2.0), and SF Employee Central Core
• Management of the Recruiting module, being able to configure job requisitions, workflows, and approval processes
• Hands-on experience creating and customizing onboarding forms, workflows and manage new hire tasks

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong SF Onboarding knowledge
