Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role supports SAP Security incidents for ES LATAM (5,100+ users), activities including support new improvements in the sector. Support the daily operation, talking in security SAP points as well as work closely with functional , basis and DEV team to maintain the correct authorizations in each implementation and be an advisory for the end user.

Your Impact

As Enterprise Solution Analyst your scope would consist of:

Deliver Growth

• Support users requirements in MyIDM (user creation, position changes).

Create efficiency

• Solve incidents and service requests within SLA.
• Reinforce right procedures to rise Security requests with Service Desk team.
• Quality Assurance in information provided by users in order to minimize requests resolution time.

Drive Future Success

• Ensure SOX Controls compliance by executing correctly Security sectorial procedures.
• Keep a right documentation of all changes (users, profiles, modifications) for audit purposes.
• Monitoring for prevent Dormant and Expired users misapplication.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Key skills required:

• SAP Experience
• Agile methodologie experience
• General process structure knowledge desired.
• System support
• Highly analytical, motivated and self confident for communication with users, managers and directors.
• Advanced English, spoken and written skills required.
• Basic portuguese

Competencies required:

• Able to communicate solutions and impacts to customers (users).
• Able to work under pressure even on weekends and holidays.
• Service attitude
