The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our partner's remote team. If you enjoy client interaction, are tech-savvy, and have solid experience in accounting across various industries, this is your chance to thrive in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Perform financial analysis and prepare client deliverables
• Communicate with clients about bookkeeping, payroll, and tax matters
• Meet regularly with clients to provide strategic support
• Support the onboarding of new clients
• Explore and implement new technologies to improve firm operations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services
• Represent the firm and help grow its network and client base

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong client service mindset
• Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive “can-do” attitude
• Receptive to feedback and committed to professional growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Willing to limit time off during tax season (January 15 – April 15)
• Able to conduct accounting research when needed
