The Lead Generation Specialist will manage the full customer acquisition funnel for auto pawn loans — from generating high-quality leads to converting them into closed loans. You'll be responsible for executing marketing strategies, nurturing leads via WhatsApp and other channels, and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. This role is critical to driving growth in the Mexico auto pawn market and will require a deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing tactics, and conversion-oriented communication related to auto pawn loans.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: University, professional degree completed
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or sales funnel management—ideally in automotive, financial services, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage the full lead lifecycle from top-of-funnel to closed customer.
- Strong proficiency in WhatsApp for business communications.
- Fluent English.
- Experience using marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI).
- Data-driven mindset with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in the Mexican auto finance or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to financial communications and data privacy in Mexico.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and integrations.
