What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's in HR, Business or related field (Master's preferred)
7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally in fast-paced or unionized manufacturing environments
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver results through people strategies
Strong background in collective bargaining, organizational design, and change management
Experience aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving measurable impact
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to align talent strategies with operational goals
Coach leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams
Lead workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design
Ensure compliance and advise on HR policies and labor relations
Use data and HR metrics to recommend impactful solutions
Drive culture, communication, and transformation initiatives across the organization
