Business Operations Analyst
Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and providing support of foundational data elements including items, pricing, authorizations and customer related information. This individual will work across Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) teams providing problem resolution and ongoing expertise to support operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responds to ticket requests for item set ups, pricing/costing, authorizations and troubleshooting while ensuring SLA's are being met
• Validates proper documentation has been provided to process ticket requests and communicates back to requestor when additional information is needed
• Manages supplier pricefile loads, authorization maintenance and other customer related attributes as needed
• Reviews and maintains process documentation based on Supplier updates
• Performs audit functions as assigned to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance
• Monitors various operational reports and system alerts and takes action as appropriate
• Provides timely issue escalation and proactively communicates to management and impacted stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel

• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is required)

• Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to analyze data/documentation to determine resolution.

• Availability to adjust to schedule changes and/or late-night coverage.

• Ability to self-learning and self-teaching.

Experience / Education
Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience; a 4-year degree is preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24,216.67 - $29,333.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
