Required Experience

5 to 8 years of experience, related to Logistics and quality, preferable in the Automotive Industry

Main Responsibilities

•Management of Claims System.

•Claims Analysis

•Provide continuous feedback and support to Dealers.

•Audits to Quality Process within the logistics chain.

•Establish close communication with carriers to review Prevention/Corrective Actions

•Quality Meeting to review performance (customers & suppliers)

•Identify areas of opportunity, proposing improvement plans in order to reduce risks

•Quality process development

•Design and elaborate diverse quality related reports.

•Development, record and management of KPIs and statistics.

•Data base management

•Improve and customize reports for FVL Managers

•Instruct Dealers about Vehicle Inspection Process and Claim Process

•Instruct carriers on new quality and operational processes and prevention plans
