This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting consumer data to help shape business strategies and drive key decisions across marketing, product development, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, data-driven, and able to translate insights into actionable recommendations that support our company's strategic goals.
Please note that this role is not focused on Sensory Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of consumer research projects, both qualitative and quantitative, to understand consumer needs, preferences, behaviors, and market trends.
Translate consumer insights into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and senior leadership team to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Solid experience in consumer insights, consumer science, consumer technical insights or any other field related to the consumer analysis.
Proven experience with qualitative/quantitative research methodologies and work with innovation pipelines, renovation projects, etcetera.
Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, however, other industries are welcomed (beauty, pharmaceutical, etcetera).
Skills:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear, engaging manner.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
