What We're Looking For:

• 7–10 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally in fast-paced or unionized manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver results through people strategies
• Strong background in collective bargaining, organizational design, and change management
• Experience aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving measurable impact

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design
• Ensure compliance and advise on HR policies and labor relations
