Main role

Act as the key liaison between the company and the information technology department to create IT plans in line with the business strategy and improve the IT services.

? Responsible for leading IT initiatives related to the Digital Transformation of the company.

? Act as the IS Project Manager for the company and for transversal projects impacting the Queretaro IS/IT organizations.

? Provide support and act as a business analyst to define business IT requirements.

? Ensure alignment between global and local strategies and initiatives by working closely with global counterparts.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

? Act as the key liaison between the company and the information technology department to create strategic business plans and improve the IT services.

? Provide support and consulting to the business in the IT requirements and find technology solutions to solve business problems.

? Keeps the company informed about technologies and the contributions that can be made by information technologies.

? Responsible for IS/IT resource priorization and allocation linked to projects or high priority activities.

? Participate in strategic and budgetary planning processes, prepare and administer the company's IS/IT budget.

? Define and maintain a comprehensive IS/IT risk management program for the company.

? Support and, where applicable, coordinate the audits and internal controls that require IS/IT involvement.

Project Management:

? Defines, implements and leads projects with the aim of obtaining an optimum result in compliance with the requirements of the company.

? Responsibility for the functional content of project: Project specifications, General specifications, Acceptance report

? Defines the needs of the company, draws up general functional specifications and drafts accurate technical specifications

Bachelors Degree

Computer Systems Engineering

Concluded

Experience in various IS/IT disciplines, technologies, and platforms (Application and/or Infrastructure management and deployments)

Experience with Project Management methodologies and preferably in Information Systems projects.
