Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business
• 2-4 years in logistics operations, preferably in forwarders or logistics companies
• Solid technical skills and attention to operational details
• Advanced level of English (required for both written and verbal communication).

Key Contribution:

• Prepare billing reports and track orders
• Increase customer engagement by offering tailored solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Coordinate with team to process shipments on time
• Manage rush shipment requests and provide related sales data
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up
• Maintain urgency and responsiveness under pressure
• Ensure accurate system input (System Fill)
• Track ongoing shipments
• Meet response time standards (25 min for ID, 30 min for sales)
• Update and manage the Quote Log
• Complete all assigned tasks consistently
• Achieve a minimum 70% performance rating weekly
