The Opportunity

Drive the continuous improvement strategy across the Transformation organization as a Sigma expert, providing process design expertise to enhance business operations. You will collaborate with Process Owners, Service Account Leads, Functional Delivery Leads, and Service Delivery Leads to design, implement, and optimize business processes—creating new services and improving existing ones.


Your Impact

As a Business Architecture Lead, your role will include:


Strategic Planning


? Identifying transformational opportunities within the company's planning processes.

? Ensuring EPM connections and consistency across all business processes.

Process Management

? Business Process Mapping—applying an end-to-end approach to each project/program and its connection with the EPM.

? Supporting process governance and best practices.

? Coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams to achieve improvement targets.

? Applying an integrated transformation methodology, ensuring alignment across Project Management, Organizational Architecture, Information Systems, and Change


Management.

? Leading workshops on process management and organizational design.

? Conducting readiness assessments for process optimization efforts.

? Monitoring and measuring process performance, ensuring alignment with key business indicators.

? Designing and maintaining LatAm PepsiCo Process Taxonomy, aligned with EPM standards.

? Driving innovation by identifying areas for process improvement.

? Ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams.

? Developing risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.


Change Management

? Supporting LatAm's transformation journey, guiding the shift toward a process-driven organization.

? Acting as an ambassador and primary reference for Transformation initiatives.

Organizational Design

? Helping define roles and responsibilities within business processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Administration Technology Management, or Business Management.
  • Certification or training in Business Process Management.
  • Black Belt Certification (desired).

Experience & Skills:

? 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions.

? Proven leadership in multifunctional teams.

? Strong program and project management skills for large-scale programs.

? Demonstrated application of Lean tools.

? Deep business acumen and strategic thinking.

? Advanced proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.

? Fluent in English and Spanish.


Leadership & Core Competencies:

? Ability to lead multifunctional teams toward common objectives.

? Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

? Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.

? Strong presentation & facilitation abilities.

? Conceptual selling and strategic influence.

? Skilled in identifying and implementing cross-industry best practices.
