Tasks and Responsibilities
Management of Controlling and Finance in compliance with legal and tax requirements, corporate guidelines.
Act as business partner and support the Managing Director in business decision making by analyzing the business development and proposing actions.
Primary contact for all administrative matters with Corporate (banks, auditors, tax advisors, and financial authorities.)
Prepare and analyze the financial statements including corporate reporting correctly and on time.
Management of investments from planning, preparing ROI calculations and business cases to reporting.
Manage liquidity and payment transactions.
Implement and maintain the internal control system.
Risk and insurance management.
Process owner for all controlling, planning, reporting and finance processes including continuous process improvement
