Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards across the logistics chain. Leads the operational team, manages warehouse resources, and ensures timely supply of materials to production lines, maintaining inventory control and promoting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of materials.
• Oversee ERP system transactions and documentation (SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
• Manage inventories (cycle counts, adjustments, FIFO, shrinkage control).
• Coordinate and train warehouse staff (20–50 employees).
• Ensure proper product rotation and monitor expiration dates.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and internal processes.
• Collaborate with key departments (production, purchasing, sales, logistics).
• Manage payroll, shifts, and attendance of the warehouse team.
• Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with transportation providers.
• Participate in internal audits and apply continuous improvement tools (TPM, Lean, 5S).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 to 6 years of experience in warehouse supervision and team management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor) and Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Experience managing unionized personnel.
• Solid understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and documentation control, Kanban, Just In time, FIFO
• Wishable Knowledge of Anexo 24 compliance,
• loading/unloading procedures, forklift operations, and industrial safety.
