About position

The Business Analyst bridges technology and the business. They take a proactive approach to improving the organization's effectiveness through advocating technology in processes and planning. The Business Analyst takes a lead role as an active driver of business results.

Specific duties:

• Identify opportunities to meet internal and external customers' needs through better use of SAP and IT in general.
• Analyze business operations to find ways that can help sustain, redesign, and improve processes.
• Configure assigned modules of SAP to meet business needs (FI/CO).
• Provide in-house SAP support to the facility assigned.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Analyzing and documenting finance business processes and requirements.
• Good collaboration with internal PM/QM stakeholders to make sure all requirements are met
• Supporting 2nd level IT tickets.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in SAP FI/CO Modules
• Hands on experience in at least one SAP S/4 HANA migration project (Knowledge on SAP migration tools and methodologies).
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and SAP configuration
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• SAP certificated (preferred)
