We're looking for your talent: PBI / Microsoft Fabric Administrator

What will your mission be?

As a Fabric Administrator, you will be responsible for managing organization-wide settings and resources within Microsoft Fabric. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, secure, and scalable operation of the Power BI environment, leading user administration, workspace configuration, capacity management, and overall platform governance. You will be the one who ensures that analytical solutions operate optimally, securely, and in alignment with business policies.

How will you do it?

• You will develop and implement the Power BI self-service governance process.
• You will create administration dashboards to monitor capacity usage by departments and other key metrics.
• You will lead a team of business intelligence engineers in designing and delivering interactive Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• You will contribute strategic thought leadership to shape the business intelligence vision and standards.
• You will empower the analyst community through governance guidance, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
• You will guide the Power BI communities by developing and acquiring content for Center of Excellence (COE) presentations.
• You will apply critical thinking and creativity to design innovative, non-standard BI solutions that address complex and evolving business challenges.
• You will design, build, and optimize data models to support analytics, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• You will stay ahead of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI agents, to identify opportunities that enhance analytics, automation, and enterprise-wide decision-making.
• You will manage and provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to your direct reports, department peers, and cross-functional team members.
• You will set goals, participate in strategic team initiatives, and foster the development of high-performance teams.
• You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and effective governance processes.
