Position: Engineering Change Engineer
Requirements:
- High school diploma as Industrial engineer, Business administration, international commerce or similar.?
- 4 years working in the automotive industry in a similar role.
- English Advanced.

Main responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate, and approve or reject change requests (supplier, material, process, design, etc.) using the defined Change Management (CM) tool.
- Consult local or business unit experts to support decision-making on changes.
- Act as the change owner or assign a functional colleague to manage the change, depending on its complexity.
- Coordinate with the global Change Management team for complex projects affecting multiple sites or products.
- Monitor the proper implementation of changes, ensuring deadlines are met and effective customer communication.
- Organize and lead local change boards for reporting and escalations.
- Train change owners on using the CM tool.
- Continuously improve change management processes and tools together with the global change controller team.
- Lead cross-functional End of Production (EOP) activities according to defined processes.
Technical requirements:
- Knowledge of change management in the automotive industry.
- Experience using CM (Change Management) tools.
- Process audit knowledge based on VDA 6.3.
- Problem-solving techniques and 8D methodology.
- Project planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 and Oracle.
Soft skills:
- Leadership without direct authority.
- Critical and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and escalation handling.
- Ability to moderate meetings and align cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented and strong sense of meeting deadlines.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
