Position Summary

This is a hybrid position within Cuernavaca, Morelos.

Thales is looking for an Accounts receivable analyst who is primarily responsible to load all invoices in different client's portals; control the collection from customers, reduce the time in receiving the payments according to the credit terms granted to the clients, apply the collection into the system and solve any matter raised in the process since receiving the invoice until payment is received in the bank.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Application of customers payments in the Accounts Receivable module in Oracle and SAP.
• Analysis of bad debt account.
• Improve the cash flow via collection on time.
• Analysis, clarification, and conciliation of receivable accounts.
• Review the fees for middleman and commissions.
• Supervision and confirmation of Intercompany operations and balances.
• Magnitude Reporting tool and Oracle Conciliation for all Accounts Receivable.
• Follow up the withholding done in the foreign customers.
• Attend and support audit requirements.
• Build a KPIs for the area
• Support credit limit analysis for all customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
• At least 3 years of similar experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payables, local tax, fixed assets and collections.
• Finance information management.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of Oracle is nice to have
