We are currently searching for a Sr. Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 :

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to integrate Dynamics 365 solutions effectively.
• Understand business requirements and recommend Dynamics 365 capabilities that best fit the client's needs.
• Participate in all project phases, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding customers and project teams throughout all implementation stages.
• Conduct analysis and design workshops to gather client requirements for Service, Sales, and Marketing modules.
• Collaborate with development teams to define customization specifications for additional features and data migration.
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and provide necessary documentation.
• Identify and drive CRM business development opportunities.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the latest Dynamics 365 technology solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a Senior Functional Consultant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience implementing large-scale CRM projects.
• Industry experience in insurance, banking, financial services, public sector, healthcare, oil & gas, or retail is an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional certifications are a plus.

Desired

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Azure services related to Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new business environments and challenges.

Languages

• Advanced oral and written English.
• Native Spanish.

• Fully remote position.
• Prefer candidates located in Argentina or Mexico.
