IT Implementation and Support Analyst

Requirements:

• Education level: Professional
• Career: Information Technology Degree or related
• English: Advanced
• Experience: 2-4 years in support area

Technical Skills:

• Linux Operating System Administration (RHEL, Oracle, Cent OS)
• Oracle Database
• Backup Management
• Virtual Infrastructure Power User

Soft Skills: Self motivation, independant and team work.

Purpose:

Provides support and puts in force new systems and technologies, ensuring the implementation of a stable IT infrastructure. Collaborates with the process improvement implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Implementation and maintaining Virtual Server and Application infrastructure related to Manufacturing Systems for Multiple U.S and Canadian based Operation Sites.
• Delivers the service levels agreed upon technically assisting in the resolution of incidents, attending to scheduled changes, providing support shifts adapted to a schedule.
• Carries out the Process Improvement implementation developed by the Technology Department.
• Ensures an adequate level of security and update, setting up and maintaining operating system and software.
• Minimizes used times and service interruptions, identifying changes in the operating environment and tracking an adequate change methodology.
• Supervises in the maintenance of the technology service quality measuring applications and system availability and performance, detecting possible non compliance or damage to the service and keeping a record of tasks carried out in the Operating Manual.
