We are looking for a "Systems Assistant" This position is responsible for Support in Generate and maintains Reports, Update price in SAs for Cable Commodity and Supplier Crisis Management. The vacancy is to be positioned in RBE XXl - SCM - Direct Purchasing.

Your Role

• Generate Receipts Reports (External and Inhouse (TSAs))
• Audit Pricing report
• Update price in SAs for Cable Commodity
• GSD e-tracker quotation Metrics and Upload price for Pns that have Sas/Tsas
• GSD Master Tracker Programs and Metrics
• Supplier Crisis Management
• Generate miscellaneous reports as requested

Your Background:

• Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Excel advanced)
• Written and Oral Communication in Spanish and English
• Excel VBA
• Bachelor Degree or Working on Bachelor Degree
