Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Oracle Item Master Data Specialist to support and maintain the accuracy and completeness of item records within the Oracle ERP system. This role plays a critical part in managing over 20,000 active SKUs—including consumables, spare parts, and project materials—by ensuring all required attributes (e.g., Manufacturer Name, Part Numbers, Lead Times, and Images) are consistently captured and updated.

The role requires close collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams to address significant data gaps and to support procurement efficiency, compliance, and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain and update Oracle Item Master records for over 20,000 active SKUs.

-Perform accurate and timely data entry for new items, including:

-Manufacturer Name

-Manufacturer Part Number

-SKU Lead Times

-SKU Images and supporting metadata

-Identify and resolve data gaps across existing records:

-Collaborate with procurement to align item master data with blanket purchase agreements (BPAs).

-Work with engineering and suppliers to obtain missing manufacturer information and images.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

3+ years of experience working with Oracle Item Master or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion).

-Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in high-volume environments.

-Familiarity with manufacturing and procurement terminology, part number conventions, and supply chain lead time logic.

-Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data cleansing techniques.

-Experience with data cleanup, enrichment, and validation processes.

-Ability to read and interpret supplier catalogs, datasheets, and technical specs to extract part information.

English Level B2 or above (Spoken or written)

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in mass item creation or updates using Oracle tools (e.g., Data Loader, Item Import templates).

-Background in supply chain operations or procurement.

-Understanding of blanket purchase agreements and item-supplier relationships.

-Experience handling product images in enterprise systems.
