As CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements by meeting time and cost indicators.

You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• New Purchase Order lead and follow up through the supply chain.
• Increase and efficiency inventory levels.
• To collaborate on the consolidation and improve of freights.
• Support the service structure on the logistics of samples, equipment, and panels, to customers or within PPG locations.
• Manage Demand Tool and coordinate with Service structure the accurate use of the tool to secure materials availability.
• Validate the customer requirement forms and make sure the sales and service structure fill the information accurately to the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• MRP or ERP systems knowledge (SAP, ORACLE)
• + 2 supply chain experience.
• Proficient English.
