Job Purpose:

To optimize entertainment live streaming content on TikTok with the goal of building community, increasing brand awareness, and driving supporters engagement — all in line with the company's marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a TikTok community, supporters and followers strategy.
• Scouting, Interacting and Engaing with the TikTok community, including such as proactive comments, likes, DMs
• Monitor and conduct users analysis performance regarding metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, gifting transfer etc.). Perform benchmarking with competitors or similar accounts.
• Support content optimization for better community engagement, Stay up to date with current TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and livestreaming changes; Support with branding, campaign design and participation

Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field. (Preferred)

Experience:

• At least 1 year managing TikTok accounts (brand or personal) with proven results.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of TikTok platform and features (editing, effects, analytics, etc. live-streaming feature would be a plus).
• Knowledge of key performance metrics (live-streaming feature is a plus including views , ACU, gifting rate, etc.)
• ?no need for this,but can be a plus? Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Creative copywriting tailored to TikTok's tone.
• Knowledge of other social platforms is a plus.
