Role Summary:
The Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Professional Services team with key tasks such as resource scheduling, billing and invoicing, internal coordination, and communication with external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate resources for projects across the Services team.
- Manage month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure the usage of pre-paid service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with processes, including collection and tracking of necessary forms, contracts, work orders, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Assist in managing Services forecasts and ensuring projects are on track and accurately reported.
- Act as the main point of contact within the Services department to address or redirect inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Identify, develop, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- Support Services leadership with process improvements and the standardization of best-in-class practices.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in professional services, project coordination, and/or operations.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with clients and international teams.
