Objective

Support audit requirements and support initiatives to develop and improve process safety management and risk management programs, as well as conduct and review process risk analysis, review studies and analyses conducted, and provide compliance advice to business unit personnel.

Responsibilities

• Risk assessment through methodologies (HAZOP, PHA, ETC.)
• Engineering review and construction of safe facilities.
• Efficient alarms. Developing Analysis of controls of labor incidents.
• Effective control of the process by reviewing Engineering and verifying its development, placement and safe control
• Procedures for commissioning and operation of appropriate facilities.
• Management of the Verification before during and after Herring of equipment (Pre-Start Safety Review, PSSR).
• Inspection, and support during the testing and maintenance of equipment.
• Staff training through courses, giving staff tools for the development of their activities safely.
• Relationship with suppliers and suppliers.
• Review and Management of Facility Approval with insurers (FM Global)
• Management, review and supervision of the Engineering for the Fire Fighting System of the Plant.
• Application of International and National Standards.

What will you bring?

From 3 to 5 years of experience in Process Safety for construction projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas and / or Industrial.

Technical and industry expertise

• Experience in Process Safety Management
• Experience in fire protection engineering, (understanding of DTI's, cause and effect diagrams)
• Experience in process engineering (understanding of DTIs, design codes for tanks, pressure vessels, piping and pressure relief devices).
• Instrumentation expertise (cause-effect diagrams)

Education

Obligatory:

• Bachelor's degree: Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related career (Graduated)
• Intermediate English
