Key Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience in food and beverage industry
Operational experience in a brewery shop floor environment (Production, Packaging, or Brewing).
Experience working with SAP implementations
Experience with digital worker solutions (e.g., Parsable, SwipeGuide, One2Improve).
Strong training and coaching skills, with the ability to drive adoption of new technologies.
Ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders at different levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to deployment challenges.
