Sales Operations MADO Project Manager
Description -
The MADO (Mergers and Acquisitions) organization is accountable for the successful integration of acquired companies, currently the biggest acquisition being POLY.
The Sales Operations Organization builds relationship with HP Customers, Partners as well as dedicated HP sales teams, understanding operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment.
The Sales Operations Organization is part of Commercial Organization in HP and leads the stimulating digital transformation with the expected outcome to become a more experience-driven organization. It is a strategic function that will help drive HP's Digital Transformation and state of the part process definition.
The preferred location is Houston, United States but other locations will be considered for the right candidate. All meetings take place in US time zones, and if based in other time zone, the candidate should consider impact on work/life balance.
In this role you'll:
Will be the lead POLY Project manager, supporting the MADO Sales Operations Lead. You report into the MADO GTM team led by Katja Gerber.
Determine E2E SO implementation approach and plan to fully integrate/onboard the new company
Responsible for the Plan of Action, development, and managing sub-streams delivery against committed timelines.
Participate in core team meetings, create, and provide weekly updates and program tracking
Develop and track budget of SO activities for funding and cost relief
Responsible for project communication to Sales Ops and MAD
Key Skills:
Relevant M&A/MADO experience from operations environment
E2E knowledge of Sales Ops charter
Proven ability to interlock with cross functional teams to ensure proper integration (IT, Supply Chain, OM, etc)
Ability to think out of the box and apply agile methodology is key
Ability to work independently and manage cross functional teams
Proven ability to structure and lead definition of SO scope and execution
excellent communication, cultural, and organizational change expertise
proven ability to adapt to changes and unexpected turns with agility; ability to recognize the need to change direction and quickly pivot to the new plan; role model for how to effectively respond to change and help others adapt as well
Fluent English proficiency
