We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and support our U.S.-based sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with HubSpot, campaign management, and B2B demand generation, along with a deep understanding of the buyer journey in the U.S. market. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the U.S. sales team to align campaign strategy with target account needs, feedback, and pipeline goals.
• Create and manage marketing assets such as landing pages, email content, case studies, and webinars.
• Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
• Lead the mapping and improvement of the buyer journey to ensure engagement across all touchpoints.
• Own and manage the lead scoring system, marketing funnel reporting, and CRM hygiene in partnership with sales.
• Stay updated on B2B marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the U.S. market.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with exposure to the U.S. market.
• Proven experience in pipeline generation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform).
• Experience in mapping out campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, social, content).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and alignment with sales processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in SaaS, tech, or service-based B2B industries.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Understanding of U.S. buyer personas and market nuances.
