YOUR TASKS

Objective: 

• Responsible quality specialist for designated products in series production and interface to customer quality.
• Preventing defective parts from reaching customers.
• Processing customer complaints as well as identifying quality problems.
• Maintenance of the quality assurance plan and coordination quality matters in case of technical changes.
  
• Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously.

 

1 Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.)

2 Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check

3 Identification of quality and service problems and support to initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check

4 Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.)

5 Transferring the content of Control Plan into plant specific tools, assuring sufficient information of those responsible, checking correct application and reviewing/updating the Control Plan based on customer's feedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e. g. P-FMEA)

6 Carrying out assigned tasks according the product development process (PEP)

7 Evaluation of internal and external change requests concerning quality aspects. Coordination of validation and release of initial-samples according customer requirements in series production

8 Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation (e.g. customer portals) and ensure data conformity with HELLA's data systems. Informing of those responsible in the case of critical situations and initiate measures

9 Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures

10 Arrangement, coordination, monitoring of internal and external sorting and reworking activities in agreement with those responsibilities

11 Involvement in external or carrying out internal audits

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• More than 2 up to 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience with Ford portal, 8D report, problem solving documentation, risk analyses (FMEA) and core tools for new projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams; knowledge of project timings.
• Advanced English
