Job Description
Reporting to our Sr Customer Quality Manager , you as RMAS Coordinator will be responsible for transacting all activities associated with the RMA and Warranty process, including but not limited to; responding to customer inquiries for RMA's and Warranties via telephone or email, recording RMA and Warranty data, processing the return merchandise authorization forms (RMA and Warranty) and coordinating the activity involving RMA and Warranty evaluation responses to the customer and coordinating administrative activities of NCR's/ER. Also included working with Accounts Receivables for customer credit/debit reconciliation.

Follow activities per C-QSP-007 & PR-112.
Responding to customers request RMA's.
Document translation.
Prepare statistical reports for RMA's.
Reviewing RMA response evaluations from the product teams.
Receives, files, evaluate and provides samples coordination that includes sending RMA samples to customers and monitors on a monthly basis sample performance.
Responsible to communicate the containment in-house for product(s) affected in RMA's
Coordinates follow-up and supplier response for RMA's related with private label products.
Coordinates communication with the Customer for NCR's and ER's
Prepare reports as directed.
Document customer specific warranty claims into data base.
Work with customers to return specific warranty claim units to the originating facility for evaluation.
Secure analysis results of open warranty claim from the originating facility and process (approve/deny/scrap) the claim in Littelfuse database as well as the customer's designated record location.
Weekly monitor the open warranty claims to ensure expedience of processing each claim through to closure with the customer to ensure there are zero auto debit cases due to “time out” as may exist in specific customer agreements. Weekly alignment with originating facility personnel is required.
With support from Finance, monthly reconcile actual customer debits against CVP approved claims.
Work in conjunction with CVP Sales Team to resolve any dispute that may arise with the customer.
Location: Piedras Negras, Muzquiz Coahuila or Matehuala SLP.
About you:
Bachelor or Equivalent University degree in Engineering or other.
1-2 years related work experience, computer literacy.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Experience or Knowledge of ISO quality systems, documentation & adhering to written procedures (ISO9001, IATF 16949).
