Business System Analyst

In this role you would act as a liaison among an internal development group and an internal Business Sponsor, team or product management group in order to: assist in understanding the requirements for a given product, or process, or system and collection/analysis of that data

Document requirements and assists in communicating the requirements to internal stakeholders Depending on the nature of the project, undertake entry-level requirements testing and/ or User Acceptance testing and technical implementation with guidance.

Develop an understanding of customer and/or product needs in the context of internal and external requirements for software development information

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible to:

• Assists in the elicitation and documentation of business requirements.
• Translate basic or low complexity business requirements into technical solutions with guidance.
• Maintains a relationship with stakeholders
• Liaise between business and technology teams to ensure change management and communication of change to team is done in a systematic way for low complexity projects
• Uses a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; ability to convey results to non-[1] experts
• 1+ Years of industry experience in Business Analysis and Requirement gathering
• Knowledge of agile tools like JIRA/ADO
• Analytical Thinking and Group Problem Solving
• Good understanding of Business Analysis and Business Requirements
• Customer Focus - Good understanding of the customer, customer needs and priorities
