Position Summary
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading all recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and select top talent for MANN+HUMMEL in Mexico. The role ensures we have the right people in the right positions—on time and within budget—while enhancing our corporate employer brand. This position works closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support long-term talent development and retention strategies.
Key Duties
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring compliance with policies and accurate documentation.
- Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, universities, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Screen candidates and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and provide necessary information to interview teams.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
- Monitor and report key recruitment metrics in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-ups with new hires and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Support employer branding through social media, events, and career fairs.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Train hiring managers on recruitment processes and interview best practices.
Your Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors a plus).
- English proficiency (minimum B2, conversational).
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.
- Clear, effective communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
