Your Role

Analyze business needs, document requirements, design, develop and support automation (RPA, Chatbots, IDP...) processes as per the operational needs of the organization. Manage project tasks and provide regular status.

Become a SME of automations and partner with business users for continuous improvement and application support teams for issue resolution.

What you'll be doing

• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical design for implementation.
• Develop code adhering to solution design and architecture, quality standards, and best practices
• Work with customer teams to ensure project delivery is on schedule
• Provide support during feature and release testing for quality assurance.
• Provide technical direction to junior team members and contractors.
• Monitor performance of deployed automation solutions to ensure reliability.
• Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team.
• Assure the quality of the automation, in alignment with the approved governance framework.
• Collaborating with system owners and functional leads to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systems
• Research emerging technologies related to Automation development.

What you'll bring

• Solid expertise and skill developing automation products in BluePrism and/or PowerAutomate. Experience developing Chatbots is a plus
• Management of stakeholders and their expectations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional matrixed teams to deliver on a common goal.
• Interpersonal skills and development of relationships with team members, peers, leaders, and customers.
• An analytically sound mind, deep understanding of the automation lifecycle and proven record developing automation solutions
• Experience with ITSM Process; experience with Service Now or Jira is preferred
• Must be able to work with others in different time zones
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Outstanding project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
• Effective communication skills - written and verbal

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. MBA or MS a plus
• 6+ years of experience in Information Systems, experience in multiple areas of IT.
