The incumbent is responsible for participating and supporting all global security related activities under the direction of the Executive Director of Global Security, as needed. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with:

The incumbent is responsible for participating and supporting all global security related activities under the direction of the Executive Director of Global Security, as needed. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with:
- Organizing, analyzing, and maintaining systematic cross-referenced data, facts, files, documents, reports, intelligence/surveillance materials and evidence collected during national and international investigations involving brand protection/ counterfeiting, security breaches, criminal and general investigations, fraud, theft, and computer crimes, injured employees, and environmental hazards.
- Receiving and processing incoming reports and messages regarding security investigations, security leads, theft reports, confidential hot line calls, anti-counterfeiting reports, employee travel safety warnings and restrictions, and other matters related to the Global Security/EHS mission.
- Determining the significance and reliability of incoming information and raw intelligence from Crisis24, WorldAware, Dataminer, and other open source intelligence providers and ensures that this information is disseminated to the appropriate company employees for action.
- Participating in investigations and surveillance involving highly complex sophisticated criminal activities and/or major policy violation, which have significant impact on health, safety, operational mission, or fiscal/ethical integrity including interviewing, documenting, and planning, developing, implementing investigative programs/strategies.
- Develops standards for global security policies and procedures including best practices, standards, measurements, etc. for critical operations within the security and brand protection areas.
- Interacting with various levels/department within the organization and external stakeholders (law enforcement, regulators, contractors, etc.).
- Provides assistance to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the organization's protective force operations, implementation of access and perimeter control operational procedures, conveying and verifying security requirements, and corrective actions and upgrades to physical and technical security posture of the company including monitoring of electronic equipment CCTV, VMS, Fire Suppression, and Detections, electronic access control, and intrusion alarm equipment.
- Assisting Global Security personnel with professional, technical and support functions to ensure the safety and security of all company employees and assets.
- Acting as the primary point of contact on all matters relating to the company-wide global employee travel safety programs including monitoring various commercial and open source intelligence services for global travel information and travel restrictions.
- Monitoring the safety and security posture of all inactive and/or closed company facilities to ensure that the assets that remaining at these sites are protected and that these facilities do not pose a threat to the general safety of the residents of the communities in which they are located globally.
- Coordinating and distributing of Security Lessoned learned and best management practices.
- Tracking, managing, and paying all costs associated with the Global Security Department and/or other costs associated with travel safety and business continuity planning, maintenance, and testing.
- Providing technical and on-site support (as needed) to Regional EHS Manager in Mexico (up to 25%.)
