About the job Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager (ASAP, remote in US/LATAM, freelance)

Dear Applicant! We are currently seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our US-based client team. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will lead and expand the client's affiliate marketing efforts, maximizing revenue opportunities by leveraging relationships with key affiliates and partners. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in the affiliate space, capable of strategy formulation and hands-on execution.

Key Job Characteristics:

• Location: fully remote (only US and LATAM-based candidates)
• Experience and knowledge of the US market (minimum 3 years)
• 3 months+ (Permanent option possible after 3 months freelance)
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement an effective affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Affiliate Relationships: Cultivate strong, productive relationships with key affiliates and partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term growth.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance data to ensure that affiliates deliver the best ROI.
• Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of affiliate campaigns, identifying areas for growth and increasing profitability.
• Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to broaden our reach and diversify our affiliate portfolio.
• Training & Support: Provide ongoing training and technical support to affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to effectively promote our products/services.
• Compliance: Ensure that all affiliate activities are compliant with company standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and high ROI.
• Reporting: Regularly updates on the performance, trends, and strategic direction of affiliate campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and emerging trends.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (GA etc.) and knowledge of key marketing metrics (ex: CAC, CLV, PPC, CPA, CPM, etc.)
• Proficient in affiliate marketing platforms/tools (e.g., Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, PostAffiliatePro).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Shopify and the most common affiliate tracking software.
• Knowledge of additional marketing channels like SEO, PPC and Email.
• Familiarity with performance tracking and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with subscription model businesses.
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly motivated.
