Job Description
Work in revenue recognition tasks (Project Revenue), reviewing and cost controlling of daily transactions, with reviews at the end of each period of the reports generated and that integrate the profit and loss account (P&L), mentioning impacts and main issues by each BU.
Work in project Closing in Oracle.
Have Document control related with projects.

- Continuous and solid support to Projects Team and finance.
- Coordinate Bookings and Revenue Recognition in in a timely manner, monitoring progress of the project with reviews continuous.
- Effective communication with other areas.
- Provide clear and effective communication, will work Reporting and Workbooks to the projects team and finance.
- Escalation path activation when is needed and creating and updating workflows.
- Regularly in Continuous and solid support to Projects Team and finance team.
- Support in project management, aligned with the organization's standards and procedures.
- Monitoring progress of the projects and addressing potential issues.
- Continuous monitoring of project budgets, anticipate potential issues.
- Reinforce Service Level Doctrine 2.0
- Interpret and apply Emerson's policies and procedures, ensuring their correct application in each of the activities carried out by the PMO team.
- Sinergy with all areas, ensuring continuous communication and teamwork
Professional Degree Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in administration, in accounting and/or Engineering career (industrial, chemical, etc.)
Experience Requirements :
- 3-4 years project experience for externals, 2-3 years for internal candidates
