What you Will do:

Perform, check, and evaluate new product design to manufacture in the plant, conducting the necessary analysis and information for its manufacturing following the PDP. Diligently perform the evaluation of the new products to manufacturing and assembling based on JCMS and plant capabilities and capacities (Production Redline Review Analysis).

How you Will do it:

Implement new products and EC Product design taking in consideration JCMS principles (layout, balance of line, process capacity) and capabilities of the plant.

Follow up and coordinate all departments in the plant to achieve NPI deadlines.

Reports back to Global Design and Chiller's NPI Manager progress for NPIs.

Supports all NPI related tasks.

Coordinates with production and manufacturing NPI builts.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production and other departments.

Innovative and creative problem solver focused in continuous improvement.

Strong analytical skills on important and critical issues, demonstrated success on.

The project using innovation, adaptability, teamwork, communication and self-motivation.

Report all injuries, almost accidents, unsafe acts / conditions and occupational health problems and take the necessary corrective measures, as well as support in the investigation.

Support and comply with all security practices, systems and rules established in the company.

Keep the areas clean and tidy, maintaining the 5's standards.

Properly use Personal Protective Equipment.

Review and participate in risk assessments ensuring the level of alertness in their areas when working with materials and chemicals.

Complies with completion of audit schedules (5s, eLap, etc)

What we look for:

• Bachelor (Mechanical / Industrial or mechatronics) degree.
• English > 90 %.
• Lean concept / Training.
• Intermediate expertise of Autocad, Solidworks, Creo, Windchill and SAP.

• 5 years minimum experience.
• Ability to relations with direct people.
• Leader skills.
• Ability to influence on other people departments.
• This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.

• Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
