Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Human Resources Management processes in operations for administrative and technical staff. Attention to the staff in general. Administration of transportation, dining, etc. services Recruiting management of technicians and trainees according to the requirements of the operation, as well as Onboarding and Offboarding of them. Drive and apply company guidelines and policies in general. Execute processes and events according to current HR strategy. Perform department administrative activities as required.
