We are currently searching for a highly motivated candidate to
join our Recruiting team in Mexico City!

What we expect

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for growing our MX team to the next level; from the sourcing of candidates to the qualification, interview, and onboarding for new employees. (200+ new employees expected in 2023).

You will work closely with Hiring Managers in order to make effective hires. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit.

This role requires in-office training. After that, the position will be 40% work from home and 60% work at the office in Colonia Granada/Polanco.

Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions and post to various sites
• Review resumes, interview qualified candidates, and guide them through the interview process
• Source candidates through outbound strategies
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to hire qualified talent in a timely manner
• Perform occasional HR Administrative duties such as helping with new hire setup/orientation

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or higher
• 6months - 1 year of in-house/agency staffing experience
• Strong sourcing ability and a diverse bag of tricks
• Autonomous and proactive mindset
• Great negotiation and selling skills
• Able to work in a rapidly evolving field
• The ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Advanced English level
