Your role at Clorox:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensure successful and compliant talent acquisition operations flow. Supports all administrative and operational aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process with a high level of detail and proactive follow-up. Ensures a positive candidate experience including interview scheduling, travel, and pre-boarding. Drive workflow efficiencies, while working towards improving and streamlining processes. This role functions as a partner with the TA Team to support delivering key talent acquisition initiatives.

Your role at Clorox:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensure successful and compliant talent acquisition operations flow. Ensures a positive candidate experience including interview scheduling, travel, and pre-boarding. Drive workflow efficiencies, while working towards improving and streamlining processes. This role functions as a partner with the TA Team to support delivering key talent acquisition initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Support TA Ops Logistics, Background checks, and I-9 activities:
- Support interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and any other required support activities for the interview and recruiting process.
- Mange post-offer support of all candidates including pre-employment screening support and timely communication to candidates and stakeholders.
- Manages background checks, ensuring timely processing and escalation of issues.
- Manage all the pre-hire status in Workday Recruiting
- Work with Hiring Managers to set new hire start date
- Ensure 1-9 Completion in 1-9 Service Center for new hires in a timely manner.
- Serve as SME for all TAC process including process improvements and change management; serves at the TA cross functional lead on any projects related to candidate experience
Support TA Technology
- Provides recruiting technology support to users (global recruiting teams, candidates, hiring managers, etc.) by troubleshooting issues and responding to People@clorox portal tickets
- Create & deliver ongoing system (ATS) training as needed
- Drives system optimization and continuous improvement to optimize recruiter productivity and HM and candidate experience
- Acts as expert in WD recruiting thru ongoing training/education involvement to understand problems, trends, and upcoming changes/enhancements.
- Actively participates in new technology RFP and implementations
Support TA Programs Operations & Continuous Improvement:
- Manages vendor contracts, including initial execution, expiration dates and renewals.
- Initiates Workflow for vendor creation and invoice remittance in P2P systems
- In partnership with TA Ops Sr. Manager, ensures that all the TA Operations policies, guidelines, and processes are documented, posted, and properly communicated to users.
- Acts as a TA project management work resource as needed.
- Works with a continuous improvement mindset in all the TA programs.
What we look for:
- 2+ years of work experience within TA/HR in a Recruiting Analyst /TA specialist/TA Coordinator role
- 2+ years of experience with ATS - global TA workflows and interview scheduling processes
- 2+ years of experience with Background check systems & process
- 1+ years' experience training team members on TA processes
- Strong project management skills, analytical and decision making skills - ability to evaluate metrics, programs, and processes.
- Technical Acumen- high level understanding and some experience of TA/HR Systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals across the organization (both written and verbal).
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs, especially PowerPoint, and Excel, and SharePoint
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
