Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The role will focus on the support of the IT Controls agenda for Brazil & Global initiatives as well as help ensure the control environment solutions are in place for Global initiatives and Brazil solutions for existing and new processes, risks and related controls. The activities associated with this role were previously only for one market however the intention is to increase the scope and add responsibilities to the role and have more presence across the LatAm sector and Global IT team.

Your Impact

As Global IT Controls Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Identify IT risk and work with the Global and Brazil IT teamd to develop control solutions.
• Support IT Team during quarterly testing to asure testing is executed and reporting timely.
• For the failures identified work with IT Team to make sure the rememdiation plan is executed to mitigate the failure.
• Support IT control and Process/Control Owner changes for quarterly reporting.
• Provide the LATAM IT Control Lead and ITGC Director with periodic updates on the projects and tasks executed.
• Participate and give tracking for Global initiatives to ensure the implementation of the control environment.
• Interact with Brazil CIO to give visibility about the risks identified in the IT processes, control implementation, issues identified, and audit results.

Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

• Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Information Systems, IT, or Finance with IT minor.
  • 8+ years of IT Control or IT Audit experience (coordinators level or lateral movemnts).
  • ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CIA, or other equivalent security/IT/control certification preferred.
  • Basic kwowledge on scrum and cloud infraestruture solutions.
• IT Org / Process Knowledge:
  • Experience supporting IT process workshops, including documenting IT processes, identifying risks, and defining controls.
  • Understanding of core IT General control processes (e.g. Information Security, IT Operations, Service Management, Program Management etc).
  • Analyze, document and design IT controls.
  • Experience working with IT Controls and/or Corporate/External Audit teams.
  • Ability to collaboratively with others located internationally.
  • English language up to 70%.
  • Portuguese language up to 50%.
  • Local candidates / no relocation assistance provided.
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with key IT tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, myIDM, and pepAGM (ITIL tools, access privissioning, others).
  • Working knowledge of the Global Control Standard Portal tool. (COSO, COBIT, Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)).
  • Understanding of key IT infrastructure layers (e.g., OS, DB).
  • Use of Microsoft 360 tools (Teams, SharePoint , Powerapps, Plalnner, etc).
• Ability to work across the global, sector and local IT org and build partnerships with the IT control members located in other markets like Colombia and global regions.
• Partner with Control teams to complete control requirements.
• Work in a virtual manner with teammebers and new teams to build relationships and execute work.
• Dealing with constant change.
• Communication skills with IT and IT controls members.
