We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Customer Service, based in E- Systems Div Office- CC30, Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).

As Customer Service you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Sales Manager & Sr Acct Manager.

Your Task will be

• Single point of contact for OEM customers (purchasing, program, engineering).
• Develop, present, and negotiate quotations for Eng Changes
• Close open commercial issues quickly and profitably while maintaining good relationship w OEMs
• Manage past due and open collections in a Weekly basis.
• Work with internal processes to complete job functions
• Support NA Commercial team on quoting activities
• Customer relationship improvement

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Knowledge in understanding of automotive industry, Managerial accounting, Customer purchasing practices, Negotiation Skills, Bumpchart develop
• Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Experience: 2 Year on similar positions within the automotive industry
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills. #LI-LM1
