Key Responsibilities

• Support the provisioning process and ensure timely payment of invoices for tax and legal services
• Gather and organize documentation and data for annual audits
• Prepare journal entries for expense provisions and account reclassifications
• Review and reconcile balance-sheet accounts, verifying all totals are accurate and complete
• Audit and verify requisition formats, capitalizations, asset dispositions, and related documents across all three sites

Specific Knowledge and Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of general accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work under pressure
• High sense of responsibility and an analytical mindset

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
