Descripción

Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive at ONE, you will be responsible for selling our premium high-price point travel products to a sophisticated customer base. You will connect with potential customers through virtual channels, understand their unique needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process. Your ability to build rapport, provide tailored solutions, and close deals will be instrumental in driving the success of our virtual sales efforts.




Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Sales Outreach: Engage with our guests through various virtual channels, including video calls, phone calls, and emails.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our high-end products, their features, benefits, and how they fulfill customer needs.

Consultative Selling: Communicate the value of the solution rather than just its features. Ability to articulate how the proposed solution that addresses the customer's specific Travel needs and why it represents the best choice.

Building Trust: Build strong and lasting relationships with customers based on trust, transparency, and product expertise.

Virtual Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling virtual product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique value of our offerings.

Pricing and Negotiation: Skillfully handle pricing discussions and negotiations to ensure a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.

Sales Closing: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing high-value deals


Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, with a focus on high-price point products or services.
  • Excellent virtual communication skills, including video and phone communication.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH

$13,600 MXP Gross Monthly

Benefits:

Transportation Allowance $3,000 MXP gross Monthly
