Must have minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive Industry

Must have minimum 6 years of experience in the following:

Ubication: Silao, Gto.

Advanced experience:

Automation and electronic systems of the assembly area

Integration of new equipment and supervise control systems for new lines

Design and development preventive and corrective maintenance and monitor its execution

Electric and electronic maintenance

Analysis and corrective critical failure

Elaboration of proposals for improvement in assembly lines (control and automated inspection)

Elaboration of spare parts lists for new lines and responsible for maintaining stock

Elaboration of electrical and electronic diagrams

Automation Network administration

Systems of Automation design

Essential - expert level in configuration and programing for:

LabView

PLC (e.g. Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, Omron, Mitsubishi)

Automation networks

Laser Marker and HMI's

Microcontrollers programming (e.g. PIC, Arduino, ESP32)

Power drivers

Servomotors and electric actuators

CNC and Robots (e.g. Epson, Yaskawa, Denso, Omron, ABB and Fanuc)

Other Responsibilities

Preparation of setup instructions for new equipment and integration of control systems

Participation in the AMEF and PFEMA of the new assembly lines,

Coordination of the technical maintenance team,

Supervision and collaboration of machinery installation

Supervise maintenance performed by outside contractors

Lean Manufacturing, Drawing interpretation, Maintenance KPI's MTTR and MTBF.
