• Manage Customer Scorecard in each portal with review at regular frequency based on customer updates
• Develop training Videos on customer portals for multiple depts.
• Prepare and follow-up Action Plans for red and yellow item on Customer Scorecards working together with Plants and Functional Department Teams
• Consolidate respective business unit Customer scorecards to monthly and weekly reports and distribute to Plant Managers Quality Managers, Materials Managers and business unit staff
• Prepare focus customer scorecard action plan to green status.
• Manage Customer Warranty Portals for respective business unit Customers and report new issue as applicable to Plant Quality Managers and Engineers to get suspect tanks and perform analysis
• Where required, support Plants in arranging the tanks for Various locations and or Tank Testing Centers
• Summarize the warranty issues list and closure to customers in periodic meetings
• Support Technical Factor or burden rate negotiation between plant and customer
• Download and report each customer warranty charge from Portals and ensure accuracy of gross and net charges. Charge back where supplier it is appropriate.
• Review Monthly on Customer Portals, IATF website and other pertinent websites and mail bulletins for any Customer Specific Requirements. Conduct risk analysis of changes with champions and distribute the changes to plants and functional departments.
• Update IATF Correlation Matrix for CSR change tracking purpose
• Complete any other tasks assigned in areas for Customer Scorecards, Customer Warranty and Customer Specific requirements updates

• Internship in automotive or automotive supply industry in quality and or Engineering related position
• Good experience in oral communication skills and expose to existing customers and suppliers base is required
• Desired knowledge of valid automotive quality standards
• Desired knowledge of customer-specific requirements and warranty requirements
• Fluent English
