Location: Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Zapopan, Jalisco

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CT (adjusts seasonally)

First Month: Daily on-site presence required for training

Salary: $30,000 MXN Gross / ~$24,400 MXN Net (approx.)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead our high-performing recruitment team! In this critical role, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment strategies and manage full-cycle hiring operations to ensure we bring in top talent. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals
• Own the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Implement sourcing strategies and optimize ATS usage and recruiting metrics
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal hiring practices
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast and meet talent needs
• Travel up to 20% of the time as needed

What We're Looking For

? Bachelor's degree

? 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting

? Proven leadership experience managing recruiting teams

? Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and compliance practices

? Strong interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills

? Experience in high-turnover industries (automotive, retail, etc.) is a plus

? Bilingual: English/Spanish

? Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics

? U.S. visa and passport preferred, but not required
