Financial Planning

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Planner to join our FP&A team. This role is critical to driving financial performance, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic decisions in a fast-paced and constantly evolving business environment. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and navigate ambiguity without the need for rigid frameworks or predefined instructions.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Build and manage recurring financial reporting and dashboards to monitor performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly P&L reviews, conduct profitability and variance analyses, and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure budget ownership, cost discipline, and timely delivery of financial insights.
• Oversee inventory tracking, goods-in-transit, and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
• Lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment between supply, demand, and financial targets.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A or Finance roles (preferably within multinational environments).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (titled).
• Advanced Excel
• Proficiency SAP
