Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in collections or a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with collections software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

1. Collections Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for early-stage collections to reduce overdue accounts and improve recovery rates.
